Is Solo really free forever?

Yes. Solo gives you the whole app on one device, offline, with no account and no card — unlimited customers and invoices, indefinitely. We don't store anything you do, because we never see it.

Does the AI see my customer's details?

No. A draft sends only your job description, city/state, and currency — never your customer's name or email. And it's not used to train the AI.

How many AI bid drafts do I get?

Every plan includes AI bid drafting: Solo gets 3 drafts to try, Pro 25 a month, and Business 50 a month. Run out on Solo and you build line items the usual way — by hand or from your saved services — and nothing else changes. A Founding seat unlocks unlimited AI drafts, for life.

What happens to my data if I cancel cloud sync later?

Nothing. Your local copy stays on every device that has it. Export to JSON or CSV anytime if you want a portable backup.

How much is cloud sync?

Cloud sync is part of Pro — $24/month or $228/year ($19/mo billed yearly) — and Business — $59/month or $564/year ($47/mo billed yearly). Prefer to skip monthly forever? The Founding 30 get Lifetime Pro for a one-time $499, on the web.
